I recommend the version to the end user, however, unless you are actually an instructor. I had two but it is superfluous. The basic commands for weightlifting is in both books. essential is that it is very convincing as more popular than the above is 50, can and should do weightlifting. It is a good complement to all other good things you should do. This book helps Nubia, like me, weightlifting, even if we opt to use the equipment rather than to free weights. Both weight lifting and other sports equipment is depicted in this book.

I am a certified trainer of the ACE-personal and was looking for good information and new exercises to use with my client who is in their 60s. This book has basic strength training exercises and had a photo of a key fact of the exercise. Nothing in this book was new to me. If you are a physically active senior, this book may be good for you. If you are a senior who has been sedentary or who seeks to improve the daily activities of life, this book can not be good for you.
