Same as guys… Full body workouts that use lots of muscle groups and a good diet. 300 cal deficiet per day. no more.
It is easier for guys to lose weight cuz we have testosterone but you girls can still do it too!

you lose fat by doing cardio. (running on a threadmill, walking, stair step machine, that sort of stuff.)
crunches are good to get strong abs and a stronger back, but they’re not highly effective to lose fat.

how do girls loose belly fat ? neone ??

you should tuck your chin in a bit more, im a wrestler and i think doing slow crunches is not good because wrestlers must be explosive, also, is it better to do this on an stability ball or on the ground????

If you knew anything about excersises, you would know that situps target your psoas more than they do your abs.

lets say i’m 13, how many should i do a day ?
May 29th, 2010 at 11:12 am
Yeah, i’m doing the push-ups to get my chest in shape, but about the abs – even when I increase the reps and do all I can, my abs don’t feel sore the next day.
This is the first time I’ve done almost daily ab workouts before. I’m doing them right because I definitely feel them working during crunches, but I still don’t see why they don’t get sore… not that I would want them to.
May 29th, 2010 at 11:56 am
it depends. if u never have done ab crunches before or very few abdominal exercises, your abs will be a little sore. by reducing the number of reps u can minimize your soreness until u are in better shape and then slowly increase the number of reps and sets.
push-ups really have nothing to do with your abs. they’re an upper body exercise.

Should my abs feel sore the next day?
I’m confused, because my chest feels sore from doing push-ups, but my abs never do. Do I need to work them harder?
