    I thought this DVD was great. I am an exercise instructor myself and I thought it was fun and motivating teacher, and well informed and safe. I must have been my Achilles tendon repaired after the break was very upset at the thought of not being able to do anything other than boxing president helped me through! I was actually able to get up and developed the day after my surgery! It was great and Thanks again!

    I had this when I used was recovering from surgery. I am also an entry level / very low fitness. The first time I used my arms were swollen. I had not considered the fact that it was almost all arm movements. I was expecting to move my legs some, but it was not the case.

    The instructor has a very calm around him, which was nice. However, the general feeling was more exercise-y, and less to channel chi. This is not particularly useful for a better experience metaphyisical, in my opinion.

    I was somewhat disappointed by this video. I expected a lot more exercises not only two sets.
    Buy it if you know nothing about Tai Chi. The instructor is delicious and a pleasure to watch. I just wish it contained more.
