    yes, but only a little because the push up position is hard to hold. if you want to focus on the sixpack, you should do planks, jumpropes, situps, and leg lifts.

    1000 jump ropes a day for two weeks is basically an automatic six pack ;)

    i love to work out and its been a hobby of mine for the last three years, but my appetite and sweet tooth gets the best of me so im muscular but not toned. i do the 1000 jump rope a day workout when my six pack starts sinking beneath my fat. it works every time.

    Hey man try what I did, put something under your stomach like board games, stack them up to the height where you can do a push up, do about 20-25 every day for about a week gradually lower the amount of boxes you have under you until you can go fully to the ground. It took me about a week a week and a half before I could do a full push up.
